Living Well in the Texas Hill Country

Great Oaks Farm is a small, family-owned farm northwest of Leander, Texas. Founded in 2011, we offer fresh, seasonal items and handmade goods created right here on our farm. If you know of any special situations or families in need, let us know and we will do our best to help. Also, if you would like to purchase items to donate to Hill Country Community Ministries, let us know and we can arrange that, as well. We are very thankful to be a part of this community and hope to continue to serve you as we are able.
